Fighting for a Fair Deal for NorthEast Lincoln

I am a social worker at Dawes Middle School, and I work as a therapist through the private practice I founded. Before Dawes, I worked at the Child Guidance Center, Bryan Health, and with the Nebraska Children and Families Foundation, where I developed coalitions and strategies to improve Nebraska’s foster care system.

I’ve been active in the Lincoln community since I was a teenager. As current Vice President for the Lincoln-Lancaster County Board of Health, I work with city and county partners to advocate for a healthier Lincoln. Previously, I have served on the Board of Directors for the Fresh Start Home, a shelter empowering women experiencing homelessness. I also served two terms as the Board President for the Northeast Family Center, where I began volunteering in high school.

I’m running so I can keep working hard for the community that has been such an important part of my life.
